Ok so im on my second day of Trying to lucid dream....surprisingly my first night i
could remember two of my dreams from that night! but both the dreams where like 20 seconds long :(....i have a dream journal and doing Reality checks 25 time s or more a day....any tips on what i should do from here?
Since you're starting to improve, I would stick with what you're doing... Don't do anymore or any less... Lucid dreaming is one of those things that you have to be patient with... It takes some time... Way to go with recalling two dreams in one night!!! I hope you continue to improve...
