Wow, looks like you're having some nightmares. Use them as dream signs, whenever you see a witch or alien (anytime, dream, movie, poster...) do a reality check. If you're not sure what I mean then read the section on the home page about reality checks. Once you realize that it's only a dream you can tell yourself that they are no more dangerous than a video game creature or you could just fly or walk away.
You mean Sleep Paralyss. There are no "witches or aliens or whatever", and it never lasts long. This post should help.
