I had a dream were i recognized a dream sign and realized I was dreaming,I ask myself if I am dreaming and turn my head from peripheral to peripheal and think about what the dream would be like if i was dreaming at such time as I ask that question) only happened once in a dream almost woke up think i did for a fraction on a sec. and could almost but not quite control my dream couldn't tell? and it happened a min later and not able to stay in the dream I woke up. Only once and not sense. What could I do to help do it again?

That and try a different approach on life.
Less alcohol means less disturbing dreams.
Less disturbing dreams means more lucidity.
Something like that.

Yeah, we'll help you have more. Make sure that you do lots of reality checks and keep up a dream journal. :)

Frustration road block!
OK lets talk sober, i have had one dream sign. It came the nite off first asking myself a repetitive daily question asking(?am I dreaming? while turning my head left right then left,thus realizing I was dreaming. Now the problem is that the more I make myself through-out the day ask that question and try to concentrate prepping my thinking while I fall asleep:I only disconnect myself during dreams(not being able to recall real vivid dreams)
Though i have been dreaming so many more dreams and dream emotions(being able to feel what you dreamed but not remembering the visuals.)What can I do to improve awareness of so much more dream activities but not try so that it almost seems fruitless in making an effort?
