help on finger induced LDing

i have been trying to do the finger induced lucid dreaming technique fro some time now but i cant seem to get it to work...i do not know if i am thinking to hard on the finger or not...so can someone who is experinced in the tequnique say how to do it easily and what they think about in detail thanks....
