Hi Groffse,
Here is "Clarity's Wild Technique"
http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...ad.php?t=40684
Lots of people have found it useful and given it good reviews.
Good luck with your attempt.

Hey, psychology student.
Thanks for the advice.
But is there an easier explanation ?
-
Let me try and sum up the general Wild technique.
-Sleep for three to five hours,
-wake up for 5-10 minutes,
-go back to sleep but try to keep your mind awake. This can be done by watching the imagery that naturally occurs behind your eyes. Alternatively you can count or visualise an object or scenario or environment.
-Try not to move your physical body at all.
-Hopefully you will pass into a dream. But in transition you may feel vibrations, floating sensations, twisting sensations, screeching, auditory hallucinations e.t.c Don't fret, they are all normal.
This can take from 5 minutes to an hour.
This is just a framework, your unique specifications for Wilding will probably differ, so don't adhear to the guidelines too rigidly.

Thank you very much!
I have a last question:
How do i wake my self up? An alarm clock?
Wouldn't that make me completely awake ?
A hige sound.

Do you mean easy, as in easy to follow, simple instructions? Or do you mean easy as in, explains it well?
Have you read BillyBob's WILD tutorial?
http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...ad.php?t=30783
Its definitely not the simplest guide, but is the best introduction. It covers all the major techniques, so you can find one that sounds "easy" to you.

An alarm clock preferably on vibrate function. But a normal alarm will suffice. The trick with wilding after waking is to stay awake for long enough not to fall asleep when you make an attempt, but, not too awake so that you will not be able to go to sleep again. If you get my drift.
-
Yea, something like that.
But Psychology Student gave me all the infomation i need.
Thank you anyway.
Maybe you could answare my other question ?
Never mind =)
-
Hm... yea.
I've tryed that one before, but i didn't wake up =/
But i maybe need to figure out my own method.
Thank you guys, for the help.

Well...
I sat my alarm clock on vibration to wake me up 4 O clock (I went to bed 24)
But i did become lucid =) Before i was waken up.
Actually my first time :D
So I was a little lazy and just wrote the dream down, and went to sleep.
So i will do it so sooooon as i can. I cannot do it evry day, just in the weekends =)
I will send you a message when I'm going to try.
Thanks for your inspiration.
Note : I don't use AM and PM, hope it don't looks too wierd =)
And sorry about my awful language, working on my grammar :D
