hey everyone I have been doing a bit of research on this subject and had my first lucid last night before I woke up. I saw imagery passiong by then I started moving, and found I could control the movement and scenery but I was not completely in control. It was a fasincating experience. What was really strange is I saw this dog in my dream and then I saw what looked like the same dog today on youtube. I have been laughing at this for 10 minutes.
This is a good enough introduction for now :D
