I have tried Wild and failed a lot of times. The problem is when I get to a certain point like SP. My chest feels like it is being compressed, I don't really know how to explain it. It get so bad I really have to move. any way to stop it.

Many people have trouble dealing with SP. I dreaded SP when I first started to WILD. I still don't like it, so I use methods that don't involve feeling SP, or that have a lesser chance of feeling SP to get lucid. I like MILD, DILD, and DEILD. Some people swear by FILD, but I've never managed to do it.
It is likely that you will either get used to SP or it will become less intense over time. If you don't want to wait, try another method.
Try lying on your side maybe?
@ What Dizko said; yes try sleeping in a more natural position for yourself. This can make it harder to stay/get lucid because being in a different (usually face up, straight back) position can make you more aware of what your doing. However I think I may sort of know what your talking about.
When I do it, my chest tenses up and I have to conciously let out a breathe and relax my torso, but it sort of wants to stay out and tensed. I try to ignore it now though and just let my body do what ever it wants, because hey, whos gonna know more about what your chest wants; your body or your mind? Body.
Cheers
I, too, was going to suggest sleeping on your side. I tend to have less body distortion feelings when I am on my side.
If that doesn't work, you can always wait out the feeling. They are not dangerous at all, and can be sort of fun if you just ride it out.
oh you are so close just ignore it i would say but if you really can't breathe then i would try a diffent method like DILD or RC well i hope that all of us here can solve your problem
If you get to the point where you're afraid you won't be able to breathe or something like that, just remember that when you lie down at the start you could breathe fine and your chest didn't feel heavy etc, since you haven't moved its pretty safe to assume that what you feel and what is actually happening are not quite in sync.
Cheers
oh wait, im seeing that the 'LD' in the wild means lucid dreams. so what does the WI or the DI, DEI, FI stand for?
There's an Acronym list in the Tutorials section,

Might make things a little less confusing.
I tried to lay on my side. It don't really work I have better luck with Dild then wild. I will try other method.
Try MILDing
its probably alot less discomforting/time consuming (depending on the person) than WILDing in the beginning
but WILD does have its upsides, because once your skilled at it you can do it basically whenever you want
