Not sure where to start.
Hi all.
im new to lucid dreaming but would like to experience it.
i guess my situation isnt that uncommon but i started experiencing sleep paralysis around my sophomore year in high school. I still get it while in college but it comes when its usually late or when im exhausted. I will lay down in bed and feel this tingling sensation as if my body were sinking down lower than the bed itself. My eyes close and im helpless. I dont dream but i do realize that my body is paralyzed. I have experienced episodes where i either get out of bed or fall onto the ground; or kick, scream and flail. I see myself doing it all in my head, but my body never does it. I usually get out of this by simply willing myself to sit up in bed or later defaulting to moving my feet and etc.
So, I learned about sleep paralysis first and have always done whatever i could to avoid it (except for actually doing my school work on time). i heard that sleep paralysis was related to lucid dreaming and the thought of controlling that very real experience is what i want. Im wondering if there is any tech or method to go from sleep paralysis to lucid dreaming? or if it all has to start by a dream journal targeting the lucid dreams towards the end of the sleep cycle. basically... are there ways to go right into a lucid dream as soon as i hit the sack?
thanks
hope to everyone around

Yeah I get lucid through sleep paralysis. All I do is let the vibrations get very strong, and then simply roll out of your body and walk around.. There are tutorials here that you can look at =P
