      Deja Vu's

I notice when I dream I constantly get deja vus, in every dream I recall actualy. anyone else get this? I am going to start reality checking when I get a deja vu in WL.

Problem is, I am a cook at a restaurant, I can't have something written on my hand at all times, any suggestions?

One I've been trying, aside from my regular RC, is to will myself or something else to levetate. Its unobtrusive and won't have people looking at you oddly they way they would if you had things written on your hands or if you did the nose plug reality check right out in the open.

Yes I do have them. I just had one just now where I had a dream couple of weeks earlier about swimming with my family members in a multi-story carpark. And in reality I was with my family members at a swimming club(never been before and only today knew) and we had to go park the car at their basement carpark which resembled the one in the dream as with most indoor carparks, felt weird..:p.

One way to solve your RC problem is instability of the dream world. Like you target maybe a bowl of food on the table, look away thinking it's something else and then look back. Most likely it will be somethng else that you had in mind. If it is, your dreaming if it isn't your not. It should take only a few seconds to do not interfering with your work.

I used to be a cook in a restaurant! I've gotten Lucid many times while dreaming of being at that job. When ever I'm trying to cook in a dream, nothing goes right. I can't even get a single order done. This became a dreamsign That I was able to recognize often. It's great getting Lucid while dreaming of work. That way you don't have to keep working for free lol. I've done some crazy stuff after recognizing it.

I'd say pinch your nose and try to breath when ever you get the chance. But that may not be the best thing when working with peoples food.

Maybe pushing finger through hand. Or, If you read tickets, pay attention to what the orders say. They may often say things pretty different from what they normally do. I know they always do for me.

Good Luck! And Happy Cooking Lucids!

Well, I've always had a thing about freaking out DC's. I've done things like roll around on the hot grill, through the food and all. And sticking my arms in the fryers.

Once after becoming Lucid I started pulling all the tickets off the wheel and throwing them out the servers window. Then yelled, " The kitchen is closed!" Then walked out. That felt good.

Several times went into the dining room and messed with customers running across their tables and what not.

That's just a few things off the top of my head. It's always fun.
