Title explains it all. Whenever I wake up, I either am 'jumping out of bed' or rubbing my eyes. If you know any way to help me stay still after waking please reply. PS: purpose is for a deild.

Get someone to tie you down while you are asleep... ;)
I'm not sure what will help you with that, the only thing that I can think of would be autosuggestion. Repeat to yourself (outloud or in your head) that when you wake up you will remain motionless.
I also had problems with this i find it easier as you go on at first i did that but i stay more still now after thinking about it.
If I were to decide in advance that i would attempt to DEILD upon waking up, I would most likely have the same problem. I usually tell myself to stay still and try to DEILD if I ever realize that I'm in the process of waking up from a dream, which happens more often that you would think. Just give it time.
This sounds bad for dream recall also. When you wake up from a dream, its best to lie still for a few seconds to remember the dream and lock it in your memory.
It sounds like you just need to break this bad habit. Like Ninja said, don't underestimate the power of autosuggestion. Your brain is naturally prone to suggestions while falling asleep. Take advantage of it.
How are the light levels in your room? Is it still comfortably dark when you wake up in the morning? Or do you have bright light streaming in through the window? Is your alarm super loud, and across the room?
