Ok, I've had a few lucid dreams before. I realize that I'm sleeping, but when I realize this, I start getting physched out and pretty soon, I try to do something (Like float) and I wake up? Any help? -_^

Try to stay calm when going lucid, and stabilise your dream before trying anything. You can do this by rubbing your hands together and/or focusing on and touching objects.
