some help please
i have been doing everything in my power to achieve a LD i want it SO bad and i know i am not that far into the whole process of everything but i feel like i am not making any progress.
i keep a regular dream journal, and have now began to have multiple vivid dreams on every single night as opposed to maybe a few times a week
i read that doing things repedetively in real life will carry over to dream world. and it offered tips suggesting that EVERYTIME i am handed something or hand somebody something, i should say "i remember"
and to touch every doorway i pass through...both of these i suppose will cause me to become aware in a dream should i hand somebody something or touch a doorway, and begin a LD
but those situations never arise in my dreams. is there something more i should be doing or am i just impatient??
thankyou

Hey, I think you should be patient and don't give up. Me too I really want to have a LD but until now I didn't have any. Everyday I do a realty checks while I'm awake , I wrote any thing on my hand and look at it when I remember, I ask my self "Am I dreaming ?" And I look around me and look at my hand try to read something and also check my phone or any degital device.. Also I didn't have any LD but I won't give up it's been 3 or 4 days only .. I hope you don'y give up too .

You could try doing a Wake Back To Bed a couple nights a week. That, paired with a MILD should be pretty easy and nondisruptive. Just add it to what you are currently doing, and you will be lucid in no time.

what is a wake back to bed? And how do I perform one?
Thank you for both of your guys input

Wake Back To Bed (WBTB) is where you wake up in the middle of the night, activate your brain for a short period of time and think about lucid dreaming, then return to bed to finish your night's sleep. Check out this tutorial:

Wash out your mind with soap at night and think about one thing, and sometimes that helps if you remember it in your dream...WBTB is probably the best technique for quick-start people.

well when i started trying to do DILDing i used a wristwatch with an hourly chime and just did reality checks whenever i heard the chime, granted DILDs dont work very often for me
