What Should I Do ?
Hello everyone :) ,
After doing a lot of realty checks everyday aI didn't have any LD :( .
But, I do have some false awakening and realizing that I am dreaming .
Another thing happen to me last night . In the beginnings I had a meaningless dream just talking with an old friend without realizing that this is a dream. I went to sleep maybe at 12 am and then after that dream I woke up at 8 maybe but I tried to continue my sleep ..
While I'm trying to sleep I dreamt that I am on my bed trying to sleep and telling my self that I will recall 3 dreams ! But then I had another dream : I was on youtube and there was a video for 18+ and I can't watch it of course but somehow in the dream I did watched it and then I watched another video on youtube thats when I told my self that can't be real ! I am dreaming and I woke up :doh:
So I am thinking of trying WBTB , what is the best WBTB technique ?
Or should I keep doing realty checks ? But the question is how do I stop me self of waking up :whyme: ?

Do what you do, and only DO that!

don't lose hope.
Choose one method, and stick to it.
If u change it often and if u get thinking "this wont work, ill try another one" than it probably wont.
And its normal to wake up when u realize that u dream for the first time. Since u have realized that means that u r doing smthin right.

Thank you both. I maybe keep doing RC, but if I want to do a WBTB what is the best technique ?

WILD is probably the main technique members use along with a WBTB. MILD is another one, I think...

To stop yourself from waking up, don't panic. Stay calm and look around. Rub your hands together, or spin (according to an infamous scientist, this increases length 95% of the time!). Absorb your surroundings, and they will absorb you.
