Hello.
I have been trying to lucid dream since last summer. I can only remember having one where I was marginally lucid over a month ago and that ended within 5 minutes. Since I've started my dream journal in late March, I have remembered 11 of my dreams (3 on one night a few days ago - none since), and only one was lucid as I said. I started trying methods on saltcube and eventually came on this site. I have tried several methods - WILD, DILD, MILD, and others, in addition to taking vitamin supplements, eating bananas/milk/peanut butter before bed. I have only had DILDs (some possibly were MILD too). Does anyone have any tips for me? I seem to have below average recall and have such a terrible mind in dreams, I am usually very unaware. Thanks for any tips

Since you didn't mention it(but probably do do it) do Reality Checks often whenever one of your dream signs appears or something strange in general(could be as small as a light not turning on when it should)happens and be AWARE of strange happenings but as your already somewhat fluent at DILDing you'll probably already know this.
Try DEILD(dream-exit induced lucid dream) this is the method I used to get my second LD although i did try to move too early and went back to the waking world :oops:.
Also try meditation(not neccasary, it can be helpful though) and be SURE to look around the tutorial section for tips, most people take tips from each tutorial and make there own method which works best for there self.
