Becoming Lucid
I've only had two lucid experiences, and they were very short (too short for me to do anything besides freak out!). I loved the brief feeling, however, and want to feel it again. I've started doing dream recall, but I've got a few questions.
First, I can only remember my dreams on the weekend, when I don't wake up to my alarm. How can I wake up without using an alarm?
Secondly, do these pills or machines actually work or are they just scams?

Hi Frith, welcome to the forum.
You can wake up without an alarm by going to bed early and having a regular routine. Alternatively, you could try autosuggestion (just telling yourself you will wake up at a certain time).
To your second question. I can only vouch for one machine that helps lucidity and that is the NovaDreamer, by Stephen Laberge (it is very expensive and I believe that they are working on a new version at the moment). With regard to pills there is a guide to supplements in a sub-section of the forum.
Supplement, Herb, Drug advice
But, I reccomend that you try some of the non-supplement techniques; have a look through some of the threads.
