Hello
Hello!
I’m a newbie to this lucid dream forum. I’ve just recently watched the movie Waking Life and suffice to say, it got me interested about dreaming and lucid dreaming.
Now that I think about it, I had a lucid dream about half a year ago, but didn’t know it for what it really was at the time. Any suggestions on a good way to proceed would be great.
My interests include: Philosophy (esp. metaphysicis), literature, music (obviously) and anything fun.
Once again, hello all! :)

I've already welcomed you so no need for me to say it again :)
I'll just list some suggestions here so others could read it to and hopefully others could develop and talk abuot it, tips etc.
Anyway i suggest WBTB method combined with MILD, reality checks, and a dream journal.
For information on WBTB, reality checks and MILD please look here at the tutorials and read abuot them. After reading, you can ask questions if you have any.

And a dream journal is just a journal where you will write your dreams in everyday when you wake up in the morning. This is to help your dream recall so that you can remember your dreams better

Hey there :okbyenow: Welcome to DV!
I've been here over a month and have received a lot of help here. We're all willing to help you out with any questions you have. Also, feel free to PM me or the Dream Guides, or put up a post for adoption. I hope you enjoy your stay here and I look forward to hearing your success stories! :D
BTW, what kind of music are you interested in? Do you play in a band or a band at school? I'm a marching band nerd and choir girl myself, so I'm into that as well.

Whooo, go choir! :D
Anyway, welcome to the forums! I hope ya stick around.
