      Cool New here ...

      Hello I'm new on this site..I was bussy with my dreams some periods in my life and could become lucid..my motherlanguage is dutch but I do my best to write in English..I have a lot of nightmares and even have sleep paralysis time to time which go together with horrorlike nightmares and pain..I wanted to work with my dreams again so that I could steer my nightmares again to become more easier to handle..I could make a gun become a flower or something else...I just wanted to intruduce myself and say Hi to all the members..Greetings from Stefanie

      Having sleep paralysis is a good thing for inducing lucid dreams. I can't wait to hear about your experiences.

      Starting a dream journal would be a good way to start ending your nightmares. Find recurring themes called dream signs and they will cue you that you're dreaming. Is your avatar Dylan?

      I will especialy use the wakin journal (cos it's set to private)to write down my dreams and read a bit on this forum..greetings from stefanie

      Hi there Stefanie - welcome to the forum, probably the best forum on Ld'ing honestly

      And by the way, your English is excellent. I swear, the dutch speak english better than us Americans! (And uh, Canadians, too.)
