Just thought I'd introduce myself. I used to do a lot of lucid dreaming when I was younger, then kind of got out of it. Now I want to get back into it again, and explore all the possibilities I didn't back then. :)

I used to do a lot as a kid too..
then it faded to only 1 every couple of months
since I have been on this forum I have had average 2 a week!
I used to mainly become lucid in danger.. but recently I have become lucid without danger. Each lucid I get now just makes me more awake every time I dream and just make myself lucid much easier.
:D
Write your dreams down first thing when you wake up. I always then read them before I go asleep just to recall. Its amazing how fast you forget them.
Being on the forum helps a lot!
Also have a look in the tutorial section. :]
People do reality checks.. I don't do them but they seem to work for a lot of people.
:]
Good luck!

:welcome: to DV.
Read the tutorials on DILDs and breaking a dryspell, those should help you get your lucid dreams back :)
Thank you. :) I still become lucid often, without really trying, but I haven't tried to induce one or WILD in awhile.
I tried to WILD last night but to no avail.
What kind of got me into LDing again was an accidental WILD a few nights ago. I've actually never been very good at WILDing. I just become lucid by realizing I'm in a dream. So that was a surprise to me.
I'll try again tonight. :)
This site is very helpful.
Oh, that's good. Don't get frustrated with WILDs though, they're very tough to learn to do consistently. Almost all of mine have been by accident. If you're having random DILDs, that's good too :)
