I DID IT!!! How can i do more?

Well i have been trying to do LDs for a while but then i gave up, i still have my dream journal, but last night i had one, it was just a small dream sign that my dog just died in RL but she was in my dream and that was how i did my reality check, but in all my other dreams its crazy like giant birds and stuff but i never do reality checks. How can i do more LDs, How can I Do more reality checks in dreams, and how do i control them???:banana:

There are a lot of tutorials on this site that can help you with that.

But, just do reality checks every once in awhile. Do them everytime you get in a car, or smoke a cigarette, or something like that. Things you do in real life tend to carry over into dreams and if you make RC'ing a habit they will carry over to.

But like I said, head over to the tutorial section, you'll find a lot of useful info.
