      Talking Hey everyone :]

I'm new to Dreamviews, but not to Lucid dreaming. I had read about them in the past and had only about 6, without using any type of method to induce them.
But I guess reading about them helped enough
I've stopped having them and want more I have a dream journal, not on the site though.

I haven't been remembering much of my dreams for the past two nights, I don't understand why . Just before I started my journal, I had remembered all the dreams I had of the past four nights, I think that was when I decided I'd try lucid dreaming since my recall was so good. This might sound stupid, but before I began to have vivid dreams that were easy to remember, I had removed my bed sheets, but too lazy to put new ones on I slept on my mattress with only a quilt. That was when my dream recall was best, but I must say It was not comfortable sleeping without sheets. Any ideas why?
I've read somewhere on a thread that lucid dreams can be induced when in an uncomfortable position, I'm not sure if that was a joke though lol

I think that when you sleep in an uncomfortable position, it makes you sleep lighter, which is good for holding onto your awareness.

If reading about lucid dreaming scored you some LDs, I hope joining this site will have the same effect
