What's up to the board at large?
I've already got a few errant posts in various threads, but decided I'd go back and post up in this thread to make certain all my t's were crossed and my i's dotted, so to speak.
I'm not new to lucid dreaming and OBE's and have had spontaneous, albeit very sporadic projections since I was a very small child.
I stopped having conscious experiences at around 15 or so, but since becoming an adult, have had a renewed interest in the phenomena.
That said, I've had a very few precious experiences in the last couple of years with one or two being as close to full lucidity as waking life!
However, whatever I have accomplished however meager, seems to be further eclipsed by the number of members here able to apparently go lucid pretty much at will! LoL
I look forward to learning from board members in terms of how I might also increase the number of lucid dreams I can have.
So far, keeping a dream journal and meditating.
