Hey! New to this, I would like help from somone not so new to this!
Hey guys! Thanks for trying to help me out :) . Ive got a few questions about dream recall. Im a little unsure about what to do. Im trying to make a checklist on what to do for this. I know that before going to sleep I need to "Talk To myself". I was thinking about using a tape recorder instead of a journal, but I would be happy to use a journal if it is more helpful. If thats ok, then I need to know when to set my alarm for, if I plan on going to sleep around ten. Sorry about the confusing format of this post :embarrassed: . Ill be standing around, so if you've got anything to say to me, or questions you would like to ask me, Ill respond very quickly! Also, is it a big deal that I cant always keep a constant sleep schedule? Sometimes Ill go to sleep at around 10, sometimes at as late as 1.
