Does this mean anything?

I have had been dreaming about the same guy for weeks. I have not had a dream that he wasn't in, in weeks.
It's really bugging me. I don't know if it is nothing, or if it telling me something...
My friend says, when you dream about someone like that, it means they are thinking about you.
I just thought I could get more oppinions on here.
So, what do you think??

No, it means that you are thinking about them. Your dreams are made up of your thoughts as well as fragments from the day. I think this person is on your mind a lot for some reason and it's making them show up in your dreams.
