Hello!
I had about 15 LDs so far and i also have achieved some level of control(like flying). But I have very big problem with summoning people in my dream.
I only succeded once, but I cant remember how I did it. I tried people summoning in almost every LD so far, by calling the persons name and imaginig person will appear in front of me, when I turn around. Any suggestions?
That's the basic idea. You could always fly/teleport to where they live, if plain old summoning doesn't work. Or, arrange a meeting prior to the dream (tell yourself "when I dream, X will be in the next room").
You could also let them come to you by sitting there and thinking about them until they appear (forced summoning).

Have you tried calling them on a phone? In almost all my dreams, after I call someone they appear.
