Hello Oneironauts..
So I've been learning how to LD for the past few months, and well, recently I've gotten more into it because school is out and I'm not as stressed! I just started having LD's again last week..needed a few weeks to get it in my head again :P - I've had four since Sunday..I'm excited. I solved my first "conflict" the other day as well, so I'm gaining the LD skills. Anyways, just introducing myself.
Also, I've been having issues with the 61-Point Relaxation exercise. I find it hard to get the feeling of weight and warmth on the points, and its pretty hard to keep the mind from wandering. Any tips would be nice, but I figure it just needs more practice.

Sounds like you have made a good start in LDing. A lot of people have a hard time keeping up with it during school.
I'll let someone with more experience using the 61-Point relaxation answer your question.
