      Love the rush

      Hey All --

Newbie here, first time talking with people who know what they're talking about ; )

I've been having flying dreams for years; I just love the feeling of standing in one spot and lifting off. The height I make it to depends on how clear my head and life are (i.e., sobriety and life is good). I usually start with moving up some steps, then to rooftops, then treetops. I once pulled a plane over Seattle -- the rope was tied to me and the engines of the plane had stopped. That was pretty durn cool!

A week or so ago I had an LD that wasn't related to flying or travel, which is rare for me. Once I realized I was 'awake', I yelled at myself to "Wake up more!! Wake up more!!" ... but it was not to be. So, I'm looking forward to learning more here and seeing where i can go with it.

Also, wondering if supplements have worked for anyone. I've heard the 5HTP, theanine and tyrosine can have some positive effects. Anyone?

Really glad to be here, and look forward to learning more about this great inner world.

      Peace.

yo! that's great you're enjoying the flying dreams so much. I'd suggest laying off the suppliments though. I personally find it more rewarding when self control and mind power alone drive the experience.

Welcome. Flying is amazing. Its a constant stand-by for me in lucid dreams to just see how high I can go.

Try mugwort this works very well for dream recall, and can lead to lucid dreams.
