      Mild or Wild

      I know what to do for both Mild and Wild but i want to ask a few qustions

      1. which is easier
      2. which is more effective
      3. which is good for a beginer
      4. if there are any other techinques you think are good for a beginer post here plz

      I think you should begin with MILD, since that is easier.
      More effective? Well, i guess that must be MILD for you then becuase it's very hard to manage WILDs. It's higher % chance to succeed with MILD than a WILD.
      And as i said, the MILD is easier so i guess that's the one that is the easiest for beginners.

      If you have decent dream recall I also suggest trying DEILD. It can take a while to become aware of your natural wakings after each dream cycle, but once you do this, DEILD is one of the simpliest techniques out there. Plus it has the potential to give you multiple LDs per night with very little effort and no lost sleep.
