What if...
Hey guys,
i found this site after i had a really odd lucid dream, or i don't know, half lucid? in the dream i told my mother that i thought i was dreaming and then i woke up.
but now i'm a bit concerned. i read here that my dreams weren't the matrix, but it sometimes happens to me that i wake up from tripping and falling in a dream finding myself pressing my arms against the real bed, even though i intended to use my hands to fall safe in the dream. And then a few days ago i had a dream i kept waking up out of because it felt like i couldn't breath as soon as a fell asleep and started dreaming. So couldn't it be possible that while i feel like i can't breath in a dream i stop breathing for real?
And then something else that worries me is: in the lucid dream i had there were only 3 or 4 indicators for it being a dream, and the most of them weren't impossible but rather improbable. So now picture something improbable happening in real life that i take as an indicator for a dream and i go of jumping over driving cars or saying something really embarrassing...
and a last question: is it passable to become so good that one doesn't control only oneself but the whole dream??
p.s.: luvdissite!

It's been proven. Unless you sleepwalk or roll out of bed, no physical harm can come from Lucid Dreaming.

yes it's possible to control the entire dream, you can even make your own dream although i've only done that once, most of the time i just stick with whatever dream i'm having but interact with it all in different ways or change a few things around, but the one time i did change my entire dream was fun!
