New member + Question
Hello everyone, I've been lurking the forum for a while and decided to finally sign in . This is a very interesting subject and I think there is very interesting people here too. I wonder if someone could help me with a little issue
Some background:
I'm a mexican psychology student living in France.I found this website 6 months ago . After reading the tutorials I started practicing and got results like a month later or so, I had 3 or 4 lucid dreams and excellent dream recall.
Then summer break came, and I came back to Mexico. Since that day I cant have LDs and I cant even recall regular dreams. I havent had a single dream in more than a month and I'm really worried. Is there a logical explanation?
Can someone help me?
Ps: Sorry if my english is not very good.:embarrassed:

:welcome: to Dreamviews!
Dry-spells are very common, and will typically pass one there own. Mine typically are caused by stress, or changes of sleeping schedule. Since you're on summer break, if your sleeping schedule has changed or not been constant throughout the weeks, that may be the reason. Give it some time, and it will likely pass on it's own. Also, try some autosuggestion if you aren't already. Tell yourself every night before sleeping " I will remember my dreams." It works wonders. Good luck!

Thanks, that seems right, my sleeping schedule is a mess now.
I should probably try the wake and back to bed method in order to have a proper schedule again. I'll try it tonight :D

Consistancy=A lucid dreamers best friend. It's not always easy, but it works.
