Just heard of LD, But I think ive done it already?

I was telling my dad yesterday how I could sort of "control my dreams" and no one else could, I didnt know their was a skill to it untill he tould be about it.

What is interesting about me already doing it is this. I've seen on many peoples sigs "LD:15" up to "LD:90". Idk, but ive become aware of my dreams and was able to make things fly and move without touching them, change my invironment (sometimes) probably thousands of times. I could never figure out some things though, like how to make objects appear, or make other things stop.

Is this normal? Or am I like really good at lucid dreaming already and just never knew it, haha. I'm going to try some of the things like Dream Spinning that I learned on the site tonight. And could someone please explain to me what WILD and those other things I keep hearing in posts are?

      Welcome to Dreamviews!

You're a natural, one of the lucky ones. 99% of the users here had to work to get lucidity, and some still have never had a lucid dream.

WILD is a method where the person goes directly from being awake to being in a lucid dream. Here's an acronym list:

I just learned about OBE's, and I've had those too, lol. Didnt know I was dreaming since I was about 10 at the time. the dream I had took place in my grandmas house and I didnt actualy leave my body, but I was killed and watched everyone freak out afterwords from a top down view.

Yeah, you are a "natural." I'm one too. I thought everyone knew when they were dreaming until I saw a special on TV about lucid dreaming. I was shocked!

Even though you are a natural, Dream Views still has a lot to offer. Since I joined I've gotten a better understanding of LDs and how to do it more often and better. Now I can effortlessly return to a dream I just woke up from (something I always struggled with). I have even better control in my dreams. And I enjoy them more.

Check out the forum! If you have any questions just ask.
