Everyone,wish me luck.
Hi, I'm Jake. I'm new to these forums, and the world of lucid dreaming.
Since I started last year I have had about 4 MILD's in the early morning..:boogie:
This morning is the first time I've decided to WBTB to WILD.
Since I can still be awake for about 45 minutes,is there anything I could do to help boost my chance of success for lucidity?
Thank you :D

Welcome to dreamviews.
Congratz on your MILDS btw.
You do not have to be up for 45 minutes necessarily , everyone is different and you have to figure that out yourself.
But in that time all you need to do is keep your mind calm so you can easily get back to sleep, think about lucid dreaming and what you are going to do in your lucid dream, also this is quite a good time for some RC's if you see anything dreamy or unusual.
Good Luck,

:welcome:
Like Tsunami said the length of time for a WBTB is up to you. Some people wake up for an hour or more. I only get up for abut 5 min. because otherwise I can't fall back asleep. During your WBTB think about your intention to MILD. Think about any past dream you may be trying to incubate. Do some RCs. Good luck!

hm. I got to SP, with flashes of HI. mostly what I saw was white light though.
I may have failed for now, but I'm considering trying again during an afternoon nap.
my confidedence is still intact.

Just keep lucidity on your mind and also what you want to do once you get lucid.
