Hey Everyone
Hey, I've been lurking around this forum for about a week now and it seems like a fantastic community here. Ive read a ton of dream journals, and tutorials about inducing LD's. Ive already started to keep a dream journal of my own. I remember on average 2-3 dreams a night so I think I'm good with that. (I always seemed to have good dream recall)
Ive tried to WILD for the past couple nights and my problem is I just cant get to sleep in the first place before i wake up 5 hours later. I just get excited i suppose. Any suggestions? :roll:

Meditation before going to sleep should calm you down.

Thanks, I tried it again last night, and i think i just passed out. I tried counting 1-I am dreaming 2-I am dreaming ect. Are there any particualrly good methods for noobs?
