:welcome: to DV
To get started, you can check out the information on the front page, or the Tutorials section:
http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...splay.php?f=74
especially the Lucid Dreaming Quick Start Tutorial.
If you have any questions, you can always PM one of us Dream Guides.
Do you have lucid dreams spontaneously? How often does it happen? We have a few naturals around here, and a few people whose dreams are all lucid all the time  like Luminous.

mine are almost lways lucid. i dont even have to be asleep long from what i hear haha.. had a buddy catch my REM ... he doens t know much about this stuff he woke me up cuz he thought something as wrong and i was like.. damn it.. he said i had only been asleep like 10 mins or so.. haha he said i even looked like i was looking at something and tried to open my eyes a lil thats how he saw the eye movement. he thought i was awake . thats th only person tho thats ever seen or known of me doing it. ive never had ne outside opinions on the matter and so i have alot of built up questions lol

You can definitely drop into REM at strange times. Especially if you have a strange sleep schedule, suffer from insomnia, or nap a lot.

yea i have insomnia REALLY bad and that does lead to some random sleeping habbits

I think Marlie has a similar thing going on. She has a bizarre sleeping schedule, insomnia, and frequent spontaneous lucid dreams.
