I think I just WILD'ed! ( Or at least started)

I have been trying to WILD in the afternoon, but gave up after like 5 minutes ( I have ADD, and was being a lazyass.) I managed to make myself do it today, and after reaching about 400 breaths, I had the craziest feeling ever. My arms, which were lying across my chest, felt like they vanished. I could not feel them. My legs went a second later. I lay there, but was too excited and ran around my room shouting for joy. :) Did I induce sleep paralysis, or was that something else?

So I think the part where you messed up is when you ran around your room screaming, although I'm really new so I'm not sure
