      Newbie here

      Hi, my name is chris and im assigned to two forums now. This one i found searchin the net one day. The other forum seems to be over packin with members and for some reason i cant get any replies for anything really so i came here. Ive been practicing and workin on Astral projection and Lucid dreaming for about a year and a half. Lucid dreamings goin pretty good as well as AP but been gettin more LD's than anything. Well thats my story and i hope i get replies unlike the other site

      howdy lucidreality! most of the members here are on at a later time,like 1 in the morning for your area id guess.
      anyway welcome to dreamviews,we have less members but are growing by the day,and have a close-knit community.
      pm some dreamguides and get talking with them,if you need help go to the adoptions forum and if you want to learn induction techniques,then thats what the tutorials forum is for.
      good luck with your lucid dreams and astral projections,if you have any wierd experiences or information,be sure to post it!

      Hey lucidreality! welcome! i am pretty new myself, you seem really experienced in lucid dreaming. ive only ever had about 3 lucid dreams, but im working on my dream recall at the moment! if you any good advice about how to realise youre dreaming, please post it or PM me! if u need help with dream interpretation or dream recall, you can ask me if ya like! have fun! x

      hi, and thanks

      thanks for the wlecoming everyone, lately i have been havin trouble with both AP and LD's. Every attempt iv been having trouble with saliva and stayin conscious, it never used to be that way before. Does anyone have any good tips on saliva problems? also lately when attempting efter getting into the F10 state my eyes want to force themselves open or something. Why is this? what can i do to prevent it? Its like i just began the procedure over again. thanks
