It's by Robert Moss, He is a professer and teaches about dreaming.
It's called Consious dreaming.
It is also spirital too.

You should get Exploring The World Of Lucid Dreaming by Dr. Stephen Laberge, if you don't have it already.
I've heard great things about Laberge. I don't own any of his books, I can't seem to find them anywhere.Quote:
