hi iam new a bit of help pls.

Hi ive posted my experiancei in another forum ill post here as well. Iam new at lucid dreaming and i use the pint of water and drawing on my hand. As well as my diary.


Hi first i would like to tell you a little about myself. Iam now 25 and i have suffred from athetoid cerebral palsy all my life and falied most of my school history due to the fact of being classed as to stupid or to weak for sports.
The funny thing is since my 21 birthday ive worked out and i joined a yoga classes which happens twice a week and my physical symptoms have mostly gone. As a young child i often had night terrors and i still to this day fall out bed. But i never wake up and continue to sleep on the floor or watever i laid on.
My first lucid dream i can remember like yesterday. I was 15 at the time i was laid on table of some sort and the only thing i remember about the enviroment was the wooden barrels. The dream soon turned into a nightmare
as a figure appeared with no face. He then preseeded to saw of my leg but i didnt wake or feel pain. I then almost instantly realized this wast real and sat up on the table and looked at the figure and he stopped. I stood up and waked around a wodden barrel twice. That is the one thing in the dream that stood out the damn small wooden barrel and walking around it twice.

Since then ive never had a nightmare.
Recently since i beleve my social status has changed and i now no longer feel like a victam. Iam one of those people who dont walk past with there head down, if some things going on that i dont like i get involved.

The problem is since my 20s i very rarely dream of anything human or anything pysically real. And when i dream of humans i dont know them recognize them. I always get the feeling of meeting someone new.
Ive started using the lucid dream techniques.Heres my dream from last night.

I was stood on a hill and i was looking around, i looked up at the sky and it was so blue but something was strange. I couldnt put my fingure on it. I looked down and rubbend my hands on my stomach. Then i had a urge to look at my hands. As i looked at my palms i noticed something was wrong no A. I used the looking at palms technique. For some strange reason i automatically looked at the sky and realized there was no sun. Then i realized i was dreaming. There where no trees just a hill and sky. Then the stangest thing thing happend, i started to lick my lips. Slowly i could fell my head slowly falling into my mouth. When i got to my eyes it didnt go black,i felt a pulling sensation. Suddenly i was pulled out and i orbited my self it felt so strange. I suddnly realized i wasnt stood on a hill it was a peninsula and i didnt see my self just a figure just like in my dream. Then i naturally woke and i felt so energetic and awake it didnt fell like a nightmare. So i got up and hit my home gym for a couple hours. I thery rarely meet other people in my dreams and i feel there over far to quickly,and i have very little controll buit i do know this comes with time. Just thought id post my latest weird dream. Oh i can usally recall all of my dreams just never the start. If any one else has wired dreams like this please post and tell me. Or are these weird dreams due to my brain damage..(sorry for the bad spelling)

Is there any way to meet people or go on adventures instead of meeting your crazy subconsionce.
