visualization
How do you make pictures in your head with your eyes closed, i try to visualize but i can never see anything except one time when i wasn't trying to visualize. One time i was watching this show about big foot and then when i closed my eyes and was trying to sleep (but wasn't asleep) there was this picture of big foot in my mind with a white line around his body and black fur inside and he was flexing his muscles. I didn't do that voluntarely though.

What you described could be Hypnagogic Imagery. That's the most likely explanation anyway. They happen naturally and differ from person to person. Mine for example, are usually very strong. I tried manipulating or even creating them, but the results weren't conclusive. I guess you can improve it with practice. There is even a tutorial here on how to do this: Inducing Trance To Wild - Part 2

Initially they differ from person to person, but like everything else, through practise, you can make them as vivid as dreams. A good visualisation exercise is looking at a picture, than close your eyes and try to recreate the picture in your imagination with all it's details... using all of the 5 senses and imagining the picture to be huge, 3D and bright improves your visualisation skill. It also improves dream vividness and allows easier WILDing. This requires daily practise.. I do it each night before going to sleep.
