If you were aware that you were dreaming, then yes that was a lucid.
But what you mean by seeing everything is still unclear to me...
Wait, were you actually sleepwalking? That's never a good thing. If you were walking around in a dream world and you knew it was a dream world, then it was a lucid dream.
