The only thing I can thing of is Auto-suggestion. That's seems to work most of the time. |

I've been starting out with a dream journal online, and have succesfully remembered multiple dreams in a row. My only problem is the vividness in my dreams, because they are very short and not clear. Can anyone tell me what I can do to help my problem? Thanks. |

This guy, , and this guy, , are mine. BACK OFF!
There are a lot of things you can do to help vividness, from eating more of certain foods to supplements. Different people use different things to increase vividness. Try checking out this area of the forums: http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...splay.php?f=44 |

I too would like to have some suggestions I have just started on trying lucid dreams as of today ... tonight will be my first try. And tomarrow my first entry in my dream journal. Im unsure about how to make my dreams more vivid so if anyone could help me out it would be very much appreciated. |

Thanks for the suggestions! I might want to try the Auto-Suggestion and try kinds of juices with antidoxidants. |

I like the ideas of those links, especially the last one. |

Ok, last night I tried the Auto-suggestion, and it worked for me! It probably also helped when I had tea, because the dream was very vivid. But, I didn't remember it until later. |
