      Dream vividness

I've been starting out with a dream journal online, and have succesfully remembered multiple dreams in a row. My only problem is the vividness in my dreams, because they are very short and not clear. Can anyone tell me what I can do to help my problem? Thanks.

The only thing I can thing of is Auto-suggestion. That's seems to work most of the time.

There are a lot of things you can do to help vividness, from eating more of certain foods to supplements. Different people use different things to increase vividness. Try checking out this area of the forums: http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...splay.php?f=44
I guess as a behavior, what you could do is try focusing on your senses more in waking life. When you are doing things, take a moment to smell, touch, listen, and maybe even taste your environment. Every time you walk into a new place (building, room, area, vehicle, whatever) try to focus on what it looks like. Try estimating the dimensions of the area you are in (how high is the ceiling?) and if there are doors/windows. Notice light levels, shadows, etc. and hopefully that behavior will carry over into your dreams so even if you aren't lucid, you will at least be paying attention to detail. And who knows, strange sensory interpretations may even get you lucid!

Thanks for the suggestions! I might want to try the Auto-Suggestion and try kinds of juices with antidoxidants.

I like the ideas of those links, especially the last one.

Ok, last night I tried the Auto-suggestion, and it worked for me! It probably also helped when I had tea, because the dream was very vivid. But, I didn't remember it until later.
