No lucid dream yet..... I don't understand -_- my dream journal is full and I haven't got any.
I've have been lucid 6 times, and 6 time that woke up me at once...
Is anyone can help me ?

But I'm very long to fall asleep, between 1h30 and 2h, and MILD and WILD methode don't work cause I can't sleep at all !
you should try to stay completely relaxed when lucid
anyway try the WBTB method or the HILD(the hypnosis one) check the tutorials on what they are and how to do them
Yesterday, I used the BWgen, and this night I became lucid (I don't know if it's a big coincidence or not), but like the others, I woke up at once, I haven't got the time to tell me "Ok be cool etc..." that I'm already wake up ! (sorry I don't know if my sentense is correct ^^)
I'll try BWgen today too to...
