ive been seriously stressd and depressd lately and havent had any lds i read that being stressd prevents lds so is there anything i can do..i cant meditate because its never quiet around here

idk what that means but ok
1. Get out of the house and go to a park. Sometimes just being outdoors in the sunshine or under a tree is enough to clear your mind.
2. If the depression occurs, do some exercise or go and see a GP.

I had a fairly angsty couple of years and I found my dreams where my favourite parts of the time.
Something to try would be exercise;
A - It's good for you
B - Increases self-esteem (makes you happier)
C - Releases serotonin in your brain which literally makes you happier
on the note about meditation and noise; this will sound a bit harsh but try harder; when you really get going the noises will not bother you at all I promise.
