Welcome to Dreamviews! How long have you been trying to have lucid dreams? Your recall seems excellent from the sound of it, and you probably just have to give it more time. A method I would try is just a plain WBTB. Now for the others...
FILD-Finger induced lucid dream. A form of DEILD(Dream Exited Induced Lucid Dream) Where you barely move your index and middle finger upon waking froma dream before moving.
VILD-Visual Induced Lucid Dream. Visualizing a dream scene where you incorporate a reality check
I have no idea what NILD is.
Good luck, and be patient, the lds will come!

Welcome to DV!
The list of acronyms is here.
If you are looking for a good technique I suggest DEILD because when done correctly it is almost 100% effective. Meaning, if you do it right you're almost garunteed a lucid dream. A tutorial for DEILD is here. I used DEILD all the time. It takes some preperation, but really I feel it is one of the best techniques out there.
Dreaming in 3rd person is surprisingly common. To get into 1st person mode I suggest zooming in until you are next to, infront of, or right behind your body. Then have your body look down at it's hands. Lean over until you are looking down at your hands, too. Rotate your view until it looks like you are in your body looking down at your hands. Take a few moments to breathe. Feel your body breathing. Wiggle your fingers. Feel your fingers wiggling. If you have to, imagine the sensation. Remember how it feels to wiggle your fingers and breath. Pay close attention to these remembered sensations. Keep at it until you are actually inside your body acting in 1st person. I hope this helps you!

attempt a wild so often, if you fail at it no worries because your much more likely to have a dild trying and failing a wild then just going by chance. at least thats works when i try to have an ld
