There is SO much more to this than I first thought...
WILD, HILD, Dream recall, Sleep paralysis...
I know that i'm gonna have to take it one step at a time, first by improving my DR (last night, night 2 of my "Luicid adventure", I recalled 2 dreams) :movingmrgreen:
My "first" LD was a couple of months back, I knew i had become "lucid" as i've read a little about LD's before. The thing is, i forgot all about it :oops:
But i'm gonna stick with this as the thought of controlling my dreams just makes me wee my pants (just a little bit mind) in fact it's taking me and extra hour or so to get to sleep!
So, any advice for a self proclaimed noobie?
