What is this induction method called? Is it documented?

I just had my first LD, :D , and it wasn't MILD, WILD, or WBTB. I just went to sleep, used common logic in a dream, and found myself lucid for the first time. Prior to going to sleep, I read over the stories and message posts on this wonderful site. Is this just a generic way to get into an LD? Is it documented anywhere with a name where I can learn to do it more efficently?

Any answers to this question are agressively sought after and graciously appreciated.

You mean becoming lucid in the middle of the dream? Thats a DILD. The most basic way to get one. The natural way they usually come without inductiom. Of ocurse theres ways to try and induce DILD's also.

Gameover pretty much got it. its called DILD. A lot of my lucid dreams are induced that way. Im not sure what you can do to induce those except doing reality checks(check the reality check tutorial) and perhaps take the vitamin B-6 which is completely harmless.
