What next?
Right well I'm not new to LDing although I've only ever achieved it once and for about 30 seconds in the dream.
What I want to know is what else must I need to become lucid? My dream recall is roughly 3-5 a night, depending how many hours I get. Unfortunately I don't know how to train my mind to look for dream signs, so any tips on that would be very helpful.
Also any general tips on how to get lucid would be helpful to so I could try.
Cheers, Mark :)

Welcome to DreamViews!
I would suggest trying to do a WILD as that seems to be the most popular one to become Lucid.
There are other techniques out there you can try to become lucid! So look around the forum and be sure to have a great time!

Go through your journal and pick out recurring themes and elements, then try and remember to do reality checks every time that you see these signs. Also do reality checks at random times throughout the day to help train your mind to think that what it sees might not be real.

Thanks for the welcome :P
Hmmm well last night I tried a WILD without any previous sleep, managed to get to the part when your body starts shaking and all worked fine but then I just couldn't induce it :? But yeah I can see how that works best.
Thanks for the help both of you, unfortunately my sister threw out my last journal about a week ago and never managed to retrieve it back so back to the start.
Again thanks for the help
