      Book on lucid dreaming

      I just got the book Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming, and I was wondering if it was one of the "Recommended" books on lucid dreaming. It seems pretty good, for what I've read of it.

      Yea, it is the most recomended that I have heard of, and LaBerge is quoted more than a few times here on DV. I gotta get it myself...

      By far, Mothra (in all of it's forms) is the worst kaiju of all time.

      and its cheap...and at barnes and noble...im going to get it today. I mean 350 pages for 7 dollars
      My Internet Radio Station - My avatar shows whether its online or not. Usually have some pretty good rock or metal going.

      It's the book I've heard about most when people suggest anything on lucid dreaming.

      That's the best one. There are some others out there, but none as good as that one.

      Yes, most oneironauts view EWOLD as the "lucid dreaming bible", and it is the only one I have read, and it is the one that I lend out to friends/family I think will be interested in lucid dreaming. To simply learn to LD, I think it offers everything a reader needs to know so I've never purchased or read any other books, though I'd like to when I have the time.
