im fed up
hiya peps
The thing is i had my 1st LD about two week ago and since then no matter what i try i have'nt been albe to have another one, im starting to think it was just beginners luck. Iv bin gettin streesed and fed up. What do you recomend, am is it possable that im trying to hard, do you think i should give it i rest for a few days.

Hey man! Welcome to the forums.
Yeah, I'd say your problem is that you are trying too hard. So, just take a break for a couple days and try again. It's normal to take a while to get that second LD. If I remember right, there was over a month between my first and second LD.

thanks for the advice i wil take a break for a few days n start fresh on sunday, do you think i should still record my dreams.

Stress is never good for lucid dreaming. Might I suggest meditating before bed. Fill your head with thoughts of lucidity and what you want to do when you get lucid. That should help put lucid dreaming on your mind and help you have one.

I havent had a LD for a good week now.
Ive woke up in SP many times. But i just haven't been able to get lucid.
Ive been trying a bit too hard myself as well.
Just last night i woke up in SP. And i was sleeping at a different spot on the floor then i normally would because my friend was over. I went to bed, and he was just chilling watching tv. Normally i sleep next to my couch, but last night i slept on the other side of the room.
And i just could not relax in that position. After i woke up the first time with SP, id get nervous in that position, "Fearful". I just could not stay there in SP.
So i had to move my blankets to the normal position in the room where i sleep, and well, by the time i manged to lay back down. I couldn't get the SP to happen anymore.
I could have easily went into a lucid dream last night... But it just wasen't meant to be :(

thanks for the replies. Im goina give meditating a try, i think im goina have to do a bit of studying about it first tho, havent really had much of experience meditating.
