Am I Really Dreaming?

HI! I have a problem whenever i lucid dream. while i am having a lucid dream, It feels like i am dreaming. and when i wake up, i think it was all just a dream and do not consider it a lucid dream. How can i REALLY know if it is a lucid dream or not?:confused:

You knew you were dreaming, then you were lucid. You can't dream that know that you're dreaming. That's recursion and the brain doesn't do that. It was just a low level of lucidity.
