So would you call this some level of lucidity?

Alright, so this has happened twice so far. I do a reality check or something and then all of a sudden I know I'm dreaming and then it just feels more like a more vivid dream when I wake up more than anything. The main thing I always remember is that I get a real strong feeling in my hands when this happens and it feels real.

When I wake up though, it just seems like a dream about me having a lucid dream. Other than me running around thinking "blah blah blah, I'm dreaming" etc. and waking up remembering my hands getting that feeling, doesn't seem very much as described. Does this sound like a low level lucid dream or just a dream?

Also, yeah, if you knew you were dreaming, then that would be a Lucid Dream.
